Russian Music Academy of America (RMAOA) in Centreville, VA, Fairfax County
Piano lessons at RMAOA combine and adapt features from both the Russian and American teaching traditions.
Proven Russian teaching methods, specifically an intense focus on mastering correct technique right from the beginning, are fundamental at RMAOA. The goal is to achieve a level of skill that allows students to play the music they love with a certain level of musicality and expression. The strong Russian work ethic is balanced and relaxed by the spirit of enjoyment that American culture brings to making music.
We recognize that every student is different. Customized lesson plans enable each student to quickly move towards achieving his or her own highest musical potential.
